In 2009, we had the opportunity to teach Balloon Decor and to Decorate for
the 1st Night Gala Dinner at West Coast Event & Balloon Arts Convention.
The Guests entered the dinner thru a 10ft Tall by 12ft Long Wave.
Upon exiting the wave, the Guests were greeted to a room filled with
a Ship Wreck, a Yellow Submarine, a Tiki Hut on stage, Lighted Jelly Fish, Scuba Divers, Sea Weed, Centerpieces Under Glass,....

Our competition piece won us a 1st Place at the convention. Lights lit up under the Dance Floor thru clear square foils, while the Specially Prepared Curtains and the Dancing Character were lit by uplighting

Our Tv Mosaic also won us 1st Place.
It was accomplished with
cut up pieces of Latex Balloons.
The TV, prepared with Latex Balloons,
was approximately 3 feet wide,
3 1/2 feet tall, and 2 1/2 feet deep
